Leaders, it is your responsibility to check your listings for accuracy and notify the webmaster with any corrections or changes. If you have submitted a trip to the trip database, but do not see it in the Gazette, it will eventually be copied to the Gazette. Advance listings are not always immediately copied to the Gazette.

Trip and event short notice cancellations and changes are to be made on the Message Board by the leaders as the preferred method of notification. This is especially useful when an there is a large sign-up list. Alternately, the telephone or email may be preferred for a lesser attended event.
